Blintzes 101!

If you’ve always wanted to learn how to make blintzes, now is your chance!
Phyl Rubinstein be teaching a class over zoom just in time for Shavuot. Below is the list of ingredients to have ready:

For wrapping:
4 large eggs
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup milk ( or milk substitute)

Filling:
3-7.5 oz packages farmers cheese (22.50 oz total-available in kosher sections in Denver) 
(May substitute dry cottage cheese curd if no farmers cheese)
4 eggs
8 oz cream cheese
Cinnamon
1-3 TBSP sugar

Butter for frying or baking
Applesauce or sour cream &jam to serve
Blender
Frying pan
Spatula

*Non-Dairy Option: Use alternative milk. Substitute vegan cream cheese blended with tofu, egg, and sugar for farmer's cheese.
