Mitzvah Day 2024

Sunday, June 23, 2024 17 Sivan 5784

8:00 AM - 1:00 PMVarious locations around Summit County

Come celebrate the 2024 SOS Mitzvah Day and help support our community in Summit County. We all get so much from living in this beautiful area. This is our opportunity to give back.

We’ll meet at the Frisco Senior Center at 8am to enjoy bagels, coffee, and more. It’s a great opportunity to schmooze with the Rabbi Gelfarb and our fellow SOS friends. Your project team captain will organize your group and answer questions at the Senior Center. You will also get driving directions for all the projects. We’ll head out around 9am so you can meet at your project site around 9:15 or 9:20am. Car Pooling is encouraged.

Some have signed up for Mitzvah Day but haven’t chosen a project. Please choose one. If you are not sure how to, please contact Nancy Held and let her know your selection.

The good news is that Smart Bellies has a lot of interest and we have too many people signed up. For those that signed up for Smart Bellies, please consider selecting another project to work on. If you are worried the outdoor work will be too hard, don’t sweat it. Any level or amount of work is appreciated.

Please Choose your Project and Register below.
