Quick Jelly Donut Recipe

This Quick Jelly Donut Recipe is so easy and delicious! Takes 5 minutes from start to finish and the results are wonderful. Perfect for any celebration

Ingredients:

1 Can of Refrigerated Biscuits 8 ct.
1 Cup Jelly
any flavor Oil for frying
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions:

Heat the oil in a saucepan on Medium Heat. Cut the biscuits into 4 pieces. Roll the pieces with your hands in the shape of a ball. Fry the donuts in batches until browned on both sides, about 1-2 minutes per side. Drain the excess oil on a plate lined with paper towels. Fill the injector with jelly. Use a spoon if no injector is available Using the tip of a knife, make a small hole on the donut. Insert the jelly filled injector or a spoon and fill them up. Dust with powdered sugar (optional). Enjoy!
