Come See our Beautiful, New Ark!
You are invited for coffee and dessert to meet our “Artist in Residence”, Gabe Bass, son of Ann and Jerry Bass on August 3rd at 7:00 PM at their home.
Gabe has built and carved a beautiful new portable Aron Kodesh (Ark) for SOS to house our new Torah. He will be visiting from Israel where his business and workshop are located. He has an interesting story to share about how he became a master craftsman of synagogue furniture and how he designed and built our new Ark and Ner Tamid (eternal light).
Come see these wonderful new SOS acquisitions and hear his story!
