There are a couple groups that meet weekly in Summit County to pray together using a contemplative practice called Centering Prayer. During this session, you will have the opportunity to learn about Centering Prayer from this group and others who have incorporated this practice into their lives. Although Christians look to the teachings of Jesus to learn about this prayer, it also has a basis in parts of the Tanakh, such as the “still small voice” that Elijah heard and the inner Presence many of the Psalmists wrote about. We would welcome any of our Jewish sisters and brothers to join us.
In order for us to plan, please use the Contact Form of our website to reserve a spot or if you have any questions.
