Congregant Eligar Sadeh is hosting an introductory workshop on Compassionate Listening, of which he is a certificated facilitator.  Compassionate Listening is a transformative practice that deepens connections with others, and ourselves, and helps us navigate challenging issues, conflicts, and conversations with authenticity and compassion. This program is designed to provide a safe and supportive space for us to learn and to grow together. It is a practice that reaches deep into the heart of discord, teaching people to authentically listen to those around them. Compassionate Listening provides powerful tools to help transform our energy into opportunities for understanding and positive action. It is rooted in insights from neuroscience, psychology, and spiritual wisdom.
